PETITION TO HER MAJESTY THE QUEEN FROM HONG KONG

I attach for submission to Her Majesty a petition

for mercy from TSOI Kwok-cheong, a convicted

prisoner in Hong Kong. The petitioner was

convicted of/murder on 22 November 1972. His

appeal was/dismissed on 21 December 1972. He

demency under petitioned to the Governor for the exereise of

the powers of pardon or reprieve delegated to him
