Dear Alec,
From: IVOR RICHARD, Q.C., M.P.

Re Tsoi Kwok-Cheong

Harold Wilson has been approached by a firm of solicitors acting on behalf of a number of residents in Hong Kong about the death sentence passed upon Mr. Tsoi Kwok-Cheong. I believe that they have already contacted you about the same matter.
I would, of course, be reluctant to try to raise this on the floor of the House of Commons at this stage but I do hope that the Government will be prepared to intervene.
I would be grateful for your comments as a matter of urgency.
Yours sincerely,
