Dear Mr. Grattan,

I will acknowledge.

I have received a further Telex this morning from my Firm's Hong Kong Correspondents which embodies a further communication which I have been asked to bring to Sir Alec Douglas-Home's attention.

The communication (comprising three different letters) is slightly indigestible in Telex format but I could not with accuracy transpose it into the original letter form and I have therefore thought it best simply to retype the operative part of the Telex which I received.

I enclose this retyped document and shall be grateful if you will once more acknowledge safe receipt and confirm that you have drawn its contents to Sir Alec's attention.

Yours sincerely,

zywien

M.J.F.T. WILSON
