EXECUTIVE COUNCIL DECISION OF 11.12.73

The Council considered memorandum XCR (73)219.

The Council ADVISED and the Governor ORDERED:

(a) that the Training Centres (Amendment) Bill 1973, at Annex A to the memorandum, be introduced into the Legislative Council; and

(b) that the Training Centres (Amendment)

Regulations 1973, at Annex B of the memorandum, be approved in principle, to be submitted to Honourable Members to be made after the bill has passed into law.
