Nevertheless, although the legal advisers agree with the

comment, I think it might be wise if I sent it to Hong Kong as

my own, since I am sure they would not welcome formal legal

interference at this stage.

6. I submit accordingly a draft letter from me to Mr Lloyd.

Mr Rushford) concurs.
