November 1973

I am sorry I have not been able to reply to your enquiry as quickly as I should have liked. We are still going through our many teething troubles at the Polytechnic and it is taking up most of my time at the moment.

However, I have now managed to knock out a very brief summary of the synopses submitted so far. Altogether we will have 17 speakers but I have not yet received synopses from five of them. The "summaries of synopses" enclosed have been extracted from the synopses submitted by the following speakers.

1. Dr. Leland S. Liang

2.

3.

President of Textile Marketing Associates in New York, U.S.A. and Adjunct Professor of Marketing, The City University of New York.

Mr. B. Devereux

A Consultant now advising textile manufacturers in India on modern developments in spinning. He may have connections with a Swiss textile machinery manufacturer, but I am not sure.

Mr. Kayser Sung

Editor-in-Chief of "Textile Asia" a Business Press publication in Hong Kong. I believe you will know

him.
