I attach a copy of a draft submission to Ministers proposing restraints on imports of polyester/cotton textiles from Thailand, Macao and Colombia. (It is rather long, and will therefore probably need a short summary.) We are anxious to get this to Ministers during the course of next week, and we would therefore welcome your comments by noon on Tuesday, 7 August.
