You will remember that in your telegram No 2260 of 3 May you suggested that, in conjunction with Dodge you should approach the Commission to discuss the question of conversion factors. In the absence of any contrary instruction, I imagine that you will have proceeded with the enquiry.

2. Dorward recently asked Miss Lowne what was happening about this and we too would also be interested to know how the matter now stands. I shall be grateful if in due course you would let me KNOW.
