I attach a paper prepared by CT Division. Mr Meynell (European Commission) has expressed a wish to discuss free circulation with us as soon as possible, and CT would like to take advantage of the meeting in Brussels on 17 and 18 May (about Textiles in GATT) to do so.
2 A meeting of the Textile Working Party has been arranged for next Monday, 14 May at 11.a.m. in Room 822, Millbank Tower to discuss the possible adoption by the UK.
