to impose further discriminatory restrictions on her exporte.

These objectives will not be easy to achieve, as has been

demonstrated in the current discussions in the Community on

next year's GSP offer. There is a strong feeling in the

Community that Hong Kong does not erit her status as a

developing country and this feeling is certainly shared by the

more protectivo-winded sectors of British industry.
