might arise if we did a deal with Hong Kong. We have got

difficult political and presentational issues in any event.

Time presses on us. The Sterling Agreements Committer

will meet on Friday morning to look at the position renerally. The questions of Hong Kong may come up, though not necessarily directly. I suggest that we should have a quick discussion

of the matter among ourselves beforehand.
