I do not know whether you spotted the attached article in "Open File" of to-day's Guardian.

I was blissfully unaware that we were in there yesterday battling hard on Hong Kong's account or of Sir William Keswick's apparently powerful influence on "yesterday's panic measures" or that President Pompidou wanted to discuss Hong Kong Sterling at his meeting with Mr Heath this week.

3.

I wonder what Martin Walker thinks he is after in

producing this stuff.
