5. Mr Royle may wish to consult the Governor about Mr Holland's

proposed visit (after Chiang Mai conference) which Mr Haddon-Cave

has unreservedly welcomed in the light of discussion of the

Sterling Agreements. Sir D Watson will also be consulting the

Governor about his own plans for going there.
