LUNCHEON FOR THE HONG KONG URBAN COUNCIL

1. Mr Royle has agreed to host a luncheon for the visiting

members of the Urban Council on Monday 22 October. I attach

a draft guest list.

2.

The delegation originally consisted of four members.

Hong Kong have now requested, and we have agreed, that the

Chairman of the Urban Council, Mr Arnold 0 de Sales should

accompany the delegation.
