Dear Dick
Heung Yee Kuk Visit
16th May, 1973.

They
The operative dates remain the same but the number of participants is now about 35. They will be staying at the Royal Lancaster Hotel and will have their own transport throughout the time they are in London. have asked whether 10 of their members could meet Mr. Royle at 3 p.m. on 19th June instead of the 8 which was previously agreed. In fact, with Mr. Bray and an interpreter this would mean accomodating 12 people at the meeting.
I hope that this will be acceptable.
The availability of the coach might assist C.0.I.'s arrangements and I look forward to a chance of discussing the programme with them when convenient.
