1. A Delegation of members of the Heung Yee Yuk, an important local assembly in Hong Kong, is visiting this country in June. Their programme is being organised by the Hong Kong Government Office, but they will be paying an official call on Mr. Royle who would also like to give them a reception at Lancaster House or 18 or 19 June for about 250 guests. I should be most grateful if you would authorise expenditure for this reception.
