Further to our telephone conversation of Friday, 8 June, I attach a suggested guest list for the dinner to be given by the Heung Yee Kuk Delegation on Wednesday, 20 June.
You will remember that I explained on the telephone that Nr Royle will unfortunately not be able to attend as he has a previous engagement. Other senior members of the FCO, who might have been invited, are unable to accept invitations as they will be attending a diplomatic banquet that is being given by the Secretary of State at the Naval College, Dartmouth on the some evening. I hope that this list, which totals 16 guests, has about the right numbers.
Please do not hesitate to telephone me if you think I have omitted anyone who you think should also be invited.
