The Prime Minister has received a message from Mr. Y. K. Pao, the well-known Hong Kong shipowner, saying that Mr. Pao greatly hopes there will be an opportunity for him to meet Mr. Heath during the latter's visit to Hong Kong in January.
The Prime Minister would like to accede to this request, and has replied to Mr. Pao that he is seeking to arrange a meeting. I should be grateful if the Department could inform the Governor, so that the necessary arrangements can be made.
