The following matters
were uncompleted or required further attention.
(a) TRAVEL
The flight schedules (see drafts for Appendix II) were
never finalised; the VC 10 was expected to return to
Hong Kong as soon as it had deposited the Prime Minister
in Peking. A copy of the aircraft seating plan is on
file 2/V/37/2. Total number of seats available was
PM + 35, but it was not confirmed whether two of these
seats would be required for the Chinese wireless operator
and navigator who were to be picked up in Hong Kong.
