Mr and Mrs Heseltine would like to pay an official visit
to Hong Kong before their visit to China.
leave London by BA 808 on Thursday 22 March arriving in
Hong Kong at 13.00 on Friday 23 March, and would leave
Hong Kong on Saturday 24 March for Peking in Mr Walker's
