We have received the following message for you from Sir Hugh Norman-Walker in Hong Kong. Sir Hugh is at present Acting Governor as Sir Murray MacLehose is on leave in this country.
"I understand that you and your wife
will be in Hong Kong in the first week of September. I hope you will both be able to come to lunch at Government House on Thursday 6 September. Dick Stratton, my Political Adviser, would like you and your wife to have dinner with him on Wednesday 5 September.
"
If you would like to let me know what reply you would like to send, I will telegraph Hong Kong.
