Thank you for your letter about your forth-
coming visit to Taiwan and Hong Kong.
We telegraphed Hong Kong letting them know
when you will be in the Colony. Sir Hugh Norman-
Walker, who is at present Acting Governor
(Sir Murray MacLehose is on leave in the UK), has

replied saying that he would be very pleased for you would be his quest
to stay at Government House, if you have not already
made other arrangements. Sir Hugh has also asked vs

if we would let him know your arrival and departure
times as soon as these are available.
