1. As you know Miss Harvie Anderson will be leaving London on 8 September on the first leg of the M.O.D. sponsored tour of the Far East. She would like to break her journey in Hong Kong and travel to Peking. There she would be the guest of Sir John Addis. She plans to leave Hong Kong for Canton by train on Saturday 15 September and to catch the plane there to Peking the same day. For the return journey she would like to catch a plane from Peking to Canton on 19 September, spend the night in Canton and travel by train to Hong Kong on 20 September. There is an M.O.D. flight from Hong Kong on 21 September and she has made arrangements to return to London then.

2. Would you please ask Hong Kong to book tickets, on a repayment basis, for her return air and rail tickets for the dates in question and for hotel accommodation for her night in Canton. She has made her own hotel arrangements the night in Hong Kong on 21 September.
