PARLIAMENTARY VISIT TO THE SERVICES IN HONG KONG SEPTEMBER 1973
1.
As promised on the telephone last month I am now enclosing for the members of the Parliamentary delegation copies of a back- ground brief on Hong Kong, together with the attachments mentioned in the brief. These are personality notes and the Governor's speech to Legislative Council in October last year.

I enclose nine copies, one set for each member of the delegation and one for the accompanying officer.
