I am going to Hong Kong in late September with Bill Elliott as guests of the Kong Kong Government, but I am hoping, with my wife, to spend some days in Thailand on 'the way.

I am treating this first part very much as a holiday but I would like, whilst in Bangkok,, to perhaps have a word with a local Politician and wondered whether anything can be laid on. I would hope to be in Bangkok from Sunday the 16th of September until Friday the 21st.
