During their attendance at the course the Agency will pay partici- pants a subsistence allowance at the prevailing rate established by the United Nations Development Programme, and will bear the full cost of their round-trip air travel at the economy class rate.
Nominating Governments will be informed of the names of the successful candidates who have been selected and will be given full details of the procedure to be followed with regard to administrative and financial matters.

The cost of the course is being met from funds of the United Nations Development Programme. This letter therefore is being sent to all countries in Asia and the Far East area which are receiving assistance under this Programme.
