have been designated as secretaries in the new

Mr. Cater has been designated as Secretary for Home Affairs;

Mr. Robson as Secretary for the Environment;

for Housing.

and Mr. Lightbody as Secretary

A government spokesman said this afternoon that Mr. A.S. Robertson would

act as Director of Public Works once Mr. Robson assumed his new post.
