GENTLEMAN, In accordance with the spirit of the UN Charter, Decl on Decolonization, Declaration of Universal Human Ri: International Laws, Open Society and the British policy etc. thi with the modern times and for decolonalization as the Queen Elir speechs have emphasized "We'll be allowing and aiding self-deter areas and people's choice on the colonies to their final request: internal self-government or for the Independence as a means to ialism" thus we are strongly requesting "Self-Government for Hom now and expect that you will listen favourably to this request.

It is appreciated that the Queen's speech has been put into effe Fiji Independence ceremony years ago and glad to know that the } with population of 180,000 will declare its Independence in 1973. that the Conservative Party of England will also, with good ani "gentlemanly air", consider the same for Hongkong.

We, the LDP-HK and the people of Hongkong with a population of(6 or over, inhabitants being 99% Chinese. Equalling the highest density in the world with just 400.37 square miles. Over crowdir suffering under British colonialism has been endured for a centu it has now become fierce and ugly in the treatments we receive el hands of the colonial adminstration. A dog's life as the followi show!

1) H.K. Re-evaluation land policy on which addition from double i times the original rate and is illegal against the contents of treaty and of the holders of land ownership. It might spark o other period of disturbances and directly influently Hongkong' of survival because it would hamper our economy and prosperity whole.
