HRH will enter the car accompanied by HE and Lady Mac- Lehoso, Mr. Ogilvy and Lady Rowley will enter the second car.
As the cars move off the Guard will present arms and the Band will play the first six bars of the National Anthem.
On arrival at Government House HE will present:-

Tunnel Ceremony
HRH accompanied by Mr. Ogilvy will leave Government House by car and drive through the Cross Harbour Tunnel. At the Kowloon exit to the tunnel the car will take the loop road loading to the Administration Building.
At the NW entrance to the Administration Building HRH will be received by the Chairman of The Cross Harbour Tunnel Company, Mr. J.L. Mardon, who will present:-
The Deputy Chairman, The Hon. Sir Douglas Clague,
C.B.E., M.C., Q.P.M., T.D.
The Tunnel Manager, Mr. A. McFarlin
Mr. Mardon will escort HRH through the building to the dais at the SE entrance where HRH will mount the dais. Sir Douglas Clague will escort Mr. Ogilvy.
Mr. McFarlin will escort Lady Rowley.
The first six bars of the National Anthem will be play- ed by the Band of 2nd King Edward VII's Own Gurkha Rifles.
Approximately 200 guests will be present (scated) to see the ceremony. They will consist of distinguished members of the community, and people connected with the tunnel.
Mr. Marden will speak in English for about three minutes. (The Dais party of 5 remains standing).
HRH will reply for about two minutes. no translation into Cantonese).

" THIS PLAQUE WAS UNVEILED BY HER ROYAL HIGHNESS
PRINCESS ALEXANDRA, G.C.V.O. ON OCTOBER 21st 1972 TO MALK THE COMPLETION OF THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE CROSS HARBOUR TUNNEL "
Mr. Marden will prosent to HRH a Silver Cigarette Box (containing Gold, Silver and Bronze medallions) to mark the occasion.
Mr. Marden will conduct HRH round part of the Adminis- tration Building while the guests assemblo on the 5th floor. Sir Douglas Clague will escort Mr. Ogilvy.
