Mr. Marden will escort H.R.H. through the building to the dais, where the first six bars of the Nation- al Anthem will played by the band of 2nd King Ed- ward VII's Own Gurkha Rifles.
H.R.H. will unveil a plaque on the outside of the Administration Building.
After touring part of the Administration Building H.R.H. will join about 200 guests for a buffet lunch on the 5th floor.
H.R.H. and Mr. Ogilvy will leave the Cross-Harbour Tunnel Administration Building and board a heli- copter for Fanling.
