PRINCESS ALEXANDRA'S VISIT TO HONG KONG OCTOBER $972

1. I should be grateful if you would provide a short brief on Hong Kong for Princess Alexandra for her visit.

2.Two copies of the brief should be on blue submission paper with double spacing and six other copies on good quality white paper. Please may we have the brief by 26 September?

3. I am writing to Hong Kong to ask them for biographical notes on important persons whom HRH will meet.
