Mr. Marden will escort H.R.H. through the building to

the dais, where the first six bars of the National

Anthem will be played by the band of the 2nd King

Edward VII's Own Gurkha Rifles,

H.R.H. will unveil a plaque on the outside of the

Administration Building. After touring part of the

Administration Building, H.R.H. will join about 200

guests for a buffet lunch on the 5th floor.

H.R.H. and Mr. Ogilvy will leave the Cross-Harbour

Tunnel Administration Building and board a helicopter

for Fanling.
