HRH accompanied by HE and Mr. Ogilvy accompanied by Lady MacLehose will leave Government House by car for Queen's Pier.

Note:
If HE has to take the chair at the Legislative Council meeting he will take his leave of HRH and Mr. Ogilvy at Queen's Fier and Lt-General Sir Richard Ward will escort HRH to the airport.
HRH and Mr. Ogilvy will board "The Lady Maurine" for passage to Promontory Pier. The Acting Director of Marine, Mr. M.J. Alexander, will be among those aboard.
"The Lady Maurine" will leave Queen's Pier escorted by Police Launches, numbers 21 and 22 on flank and quarter and number 3 astern.
As "The Lady Maurine" passes HMS TAMAR a 21 Gun Salute will be fired.
In the Hung Hom Fairway HRH will review the two squad- rons of Marine Police Launches which will proceed from East to West in line ahead at 4 knots.
On arrival at Promontory Fier HRH will be received by the Airport General Manager, Mr. Morgan, and will drive to the aircraft, led by Mr. Morgan, and accompanied by HE (or if HE is not there, by General Ward).
