Mr. Tam will be introduced to HRH by Mr. Lam. At that time about 20 blind and physically handicapped adults will be engaged in handicraft work.

Mr. Lam will prosent Mr. Nielson and Mrs. Gurney. will stay for about 8 minutes to see how physically handicapped and mentally retarded children learn their lessons.

Mr. Lam will presont Fr. Collins who will explain the function of this organization to HII.

S..D. Centro Library

Mr. Lam, the Warden, will describe the work of the library to HRH who will pass through the Reading Sec- tion, Childion Section, Counter-service and Reference Section of the Library. Normally, about 50 readers will attend the Library at that time.

3rd Floor

3.V.D. Youth and Children Activity Rooms

HHH will visit the activity rooms of the Social Welfare Department, where she will see a group of children play games and, in another room, a Fun-fail party for about 300 children. On the basketball Court, a basketball friendly match between two girls teams will be taking place.
