Morse Park Swimming Pools

HRH accompanied by Mr. Ogilvy will leave Government House by car for Morse Park travelling via the tunnel.

On arrival at Horse Fark Swimming Pools the car door will be opened by a boy from the Hong Kong Sea School. HRH and lir. Ogilvy will be received by the Director of Urban Services, the Hon. D.R.W. Alexander, C.B.E. who will present:-

The Chairman of the Urban Services Recreation and· Amenities Select Committe, Mr. A. de C. Sales, O.B.E.

The President of the Royal Life Saving Society

(Hong Kong Branch), the Hon. Sir Kenneth Ping-fan FUNG, C.B.E.

The Acting Senior Education Officer (Physical

Education), Miss E.S. Mair

HRH will be escorted by Mr. Alexander and Mr. Ogilvy by Mr. Sales up the stairs and past a Guard of Honour formed by the Examiners of the Royal Life Saving Society (HK Branch) to the main pool area towards a small dais (see plan attached) where Mr. Alexander will present the following:-

A demonstration of life saving techniques in the water involving 120 boys of the Hong Kong Sea School will be in progress, followed by a demonstration of syn-- chronised swimming by the RLSS (HK Branch) Demonstration

Team.

HRH will be escorted round the main pool by Mr. Ale- xander, passing the diving pool where a diving demon- stration will be in progress, and seeing several teams from the RLSS demonstrating life saving land drills and resuscitation techniques.
