Dinner will be served.

The Commissioner will call on the junior member of the Mess to propose the Loyal Toast.

The Pipe Major will enter the room piping, halting beside the Commissioner who will offer a quaich of whisky.

The President of the Mess Committee will present Mr. C.C. Wood, Director of Music, to HRH who will invite him to join the table.

The Director of Music takes his leave of HRH and the Band play marches of the Royal Hong Kong Police.

The Commissioner will make a speech of welcome to HRH and propose the Toast "The Honorary Commandant

General".

HRH will reply.

The Commissioner will rise from his seat and Miss A. Calderwood, Woman Superintendent of Police, will invite HRH and Lady Rowley to withdraw with her and the other Women Officers to the Ante-room.

After a short interval the Officers, with Mr. Ogilvy, will join the ladies in the Ante-room.

HRH will say goodbye and leave, accompanied by Mr. Ogilvy, escorted to the car by the Commissioner and the President of the Mess Committee.
