Scissors will be presented to HRH by Miss LEONG Sin Ling, 8-year-old daughter of Mr. S.H. LEONG (Commercial. Officer). HRH will give Miss LEONG a coin.

HRH will cut ribbon and hand the scissors to Mr. Aston.

The remainder of the platform party, BOTB representative, Mr. Hamm, and Mr. Pearce will join HRH to walk into the B.I.E. Building.
