4. Anyway, Rice-Oxley will let me know how he ets on with Blyth on 3 July so that we can then coordinate any further steps. If any further information on developments comes from Hong Kong in the meantime I should be grateful if I can have it to tell him. You may wish to let Hong Kong have an interim report on the above lines but if so it should be for governmental information only as Rice-Oxley asked that his efforts should not be spread around.
