To

Amend the Immigration Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the

advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

Short title.

Amendment of section 2. (Cap. 115.)

1.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Immigration

(Amendment) Ordinance 1972.

2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is

amended by inserting, after the definition of

"immigrant", the following

""immigration assistant" means any member of

the Immigration Service of the rank of

immigration assistant;",
