Section 3 was replaced in 1970 by:
3. (1) There shall be a Full Court which shall as occasion requires be constituted by two or more judges as the Chief Justice may direct and shall be composed of such judges as the Chief Justice may direct.
(2). The judges shall take precedence in the following
order-
(a) The Chief Justice
(6) The Senior Puisne Judge
(c) The Puisne Judges who amongst themselves shall

rank according to their precedence as judges of the Supreme Court
The Commissioners of the Supreme Court who amongst themselves shall rank according to their precedence as judges of the Supreme Court.
(3). The Chief Justice shall be President of the Pull
Court and in his absence the presidency of the Court shall
be determined in accordance with the order of precedence prescribed by subsection 2.
