Repeal and replace- ment of sections

24 and 25.

15. Sections 24 and 25 of the principal Ordinance

are repealed and replaced by the following

"Programmes for schools.

Government programmes other than programmes

for

schools.

24. The programmes broadcast by

licensees under section 22 shall include

such programmes for schools, supplied

by the Government, as may be required

by the Television Authority.

25. (1) In addition to programmes

for schools broadcast under section 24,

the programmes broadcast by licensees

under section 22 shall include, in each

programme service

(a) such news programmes and

announcements of public interest,

supplied by the Government, as

may be requirdd by the Television

Authority; and

(b) such other material, supplied

by the Government, as may be

required by the Television

Authority.
