in the light of the advice given at (a) and (b) above, whether the recommendations of the Working Party on the Future of Broadcasting should be adopted subject to the Finance Committee's approval of proposals involving Government expenditure;

whether a public announcement outlining Government's policy on the future of wire- less television should be made as soon as possible.
