(j) (i) The licensee shall be required to
transmit a standard test card at
appropriate times in order to permit
the adjustment of viewers' receiving
equipment.
(ii) For the purposes of sub-paragraph (i), the
United Kingdom Colour Television Test
Card F shall be used, which card shall
include also the licensee's station
identification signal.
(iii) The colour picture contained in the
centre circle arca shall include flesh
tones and bright colours in order to
facilitate overall picture quality
assessment and the correct setting of
the saturation level.
