(3)

(a) The second licensee shall provide at

both the Kowloon Peak and Castle Peak medium

power translator stations an additional room

with separate means of access for use by the

Government.

(b) The additional room required under

paragraph (a) shall -

(i) be designed for the use of

accommodating such radio and other

transmitter equipment as the

Telecommunications Authority may

require and authorize;

(ii) have a floor area of at least 50 square

feet and a standard ceiling height; and

(iii) be provided with such amenities as may

be specified by the Telecommunications

Authority.

(c) The second licensee shall be entitled to

be paid by the Government the full cost of

providing the additional room required under

this subclause.

(d) The sum payable under paragraph (c) shall

be determined by the Television Authority and

shall be deducted from the costs of establishing

the transmission stations determined under

clause 5(8).
