Transmission stations.

5.

(1) (a) [second licensee shall provide all

facilites required at the transmitter sites to

enable the transmission of Services II and IV

to be carried out;

(b) The second licensee shall also provide

all facilities required at the transmitter sites

to enable the transmission of Services V and VI

to be carried out, to the extent that the

licensee intending to operate Services V and VI

shall be enabled, by the provision of suitable

transmitters, receivers and ancillary equipment,

to operate those services satisfactorily.

(2) The transmitter sites referred to in subclause

(1) are as follows :-

(a)

the main transmitting station at Temple Hill;

(b)

the medium power translator stations at

(i) Castle Peak;

(ii) Kowloon Peak;

(iii) Lamma Island;

(iv) Golden Hill; and

(v) Cloudy Hill; and

(c)

the low power translator stations at
