(2) The licensce shall, with all due diligence and

speed, repair, rebuild, restore, reinstate and take all

such action as may be required to repair, rebuild, restore

and reinstate in all respects the service of the licensee

required under this licence and resume observing and

performing the requirements of this licence.

15. (1) The licensee shall use and operate all of

its apparatus and equipment in such a manner as not to

cause interforence with any other service authorized under

the Television Crdinance or the Telecommunication Crdin uco.

(2) In order to avoid any such interference the

licensee shall comply with all instructions given to it by

the Telecommunications Authority in respect of the operation

and use of its apparatus and equipment.

17. The liconsco shall, to the extent required by

the Telecommunications Authority, perform and observe the

requirements of any International Telecommunications

Convention which may, from time to time, be acceded to,

or applied to, Hong Kong.

Liability of licensee for contraventions.

18. The license shall be liable for the contravention

(a) any provision of the Television Crdinance or

the Telecommunication Ordinance;

(b) any provision of any Code of Practice insued by

the Television Authority; or

(c) any condition of this licence,
