1.

(1) Subject to subclause (2), the licensee may,

subject to such terms as may be imposed by the Telecommuni-

cations Authority, use and operate stations, substations

and ancillary equipment and apparatus for the purposes only

of testing and setting up a television broadcasting service

before the date of commencement of this licence.

(2) The licenseo, when using and operating any

station substation or ancillary equipment or apparetus

wider suboluse (1) shall not, with r by visual or auditory

moans, broadcast any mention of, identify or refer to any

service of, or any product mado, or sponsored by, any

person or any commercial undertaking, company or firm or

group of companies or firms.

2. (1) The licensco shall pay to the Accountant

General a licence fee of $100 per annum in advanco.

(2) The first paymont of the licence foco referred to

in subclause (1) shall be paid within seven days after the

date hereof; and subsequent payments thereof shall be made

on the same day in cach year of the period of validity of

this licence.

3. The licensoc shall pay royalty to the Lccountant

General in accordance with sections 41 and 41A of the

Television Ordinance.
