(Chapter 52)

LICENCE.

In exorcise of the powers conferred by section 8 of

the Television Ordinanco, the Governor in Council heroby

grants a licence to

(hereinafter referred to as the licensoo).

1. This licence authorizes and permits the licensee

(a) to establish and operate a television broadcasting

service; and

(b) to establish and operate such associated tele-

communication services ancillary to the operation

of a television broadcasting service as may be

authorized by the Telecommunications Authority.
