As I told you on the telephone, Sir John is Chairman of Rediffusion Limited and is also Chairman and Managing Director of the British Electric Traction Company Limited, which owns just over 54 per cent of Rediffusion's shares. I am Managing Director of Rediffusion Limited and a Director of the B.E.T.
