I have not attached a copy of the Working Party's

Report itself which, because of its bulk, is kept on an

Annex to file HKK 13/9. Nor have I gone into any detail

of the Report on the future of television in Hong Kong,

or any of the Working Party's recommendations - but have

restricted it simply to the issue which concerns

Rediffusion.
